Do you sell real Surron Emotos?
Yes, we sell real Surron Emotos from the official factory with full two year factory warranties. Voltura Moto is determinate to give good personal service.

Do you still offer a warranty even it’s not purchased through the official site?
Yes, we offer warranty’s up to 24 months on the Surron if any problems occur (which weren’t caused by you).
Which age group do you recommend the bike for?
As the Voltura Moto is only for off-road use we recommend the bike for ages from 13 years to 20 years. However, you must be around 160 cm heigh to ride on it while being able to reach the ground.
Why can I only use the bike off-road?
The bike is only designed for off-road use. It is not possible to register the bike for road use in Spain.
How long does the battery last for?
You can ride approximately 75 km if you go 40 km an hour. The you will need to charge it again. Battery life is expected to last three years depending on usage and number of charge cycles.
How fast can I charge the battery?
On the Surron Light Bee X, it takes 2 hours to charge the battery from 20% to 80%. A full charge takes 3.5 hours.
What happens if I break some parts of the bike?
If the part broken is a factory error we will replace any parts within the 24 months warranty period. However, if you caused the issue yourself, any part of the bike can be replaced at your expense.
